Goal Setting and Lesson Planning/Feedback

Daniel Woods has been making headlines and setting new standards in rock climbing for years and he seems to only be getting stronger! With V15 and 5.15 first ascents, repeats of some of the most difficult lines on stone and an unprecedented winning streak in national and international competitions, we wanted to know more about this soft spoken "shy, white kid" who houses an animal within.

There's planning for a year and then there's planning to be 'a legend in 10 years'. Thoughts?

Do you goal set?

Do you record anything after your sessions?

Do you even reflect on your sessions (not even writing them down)? As it comes into the summer, and I hear more and more people talking in excitement about the routes they want to do/climb over the summer at a new personal grade for them, are you doing the most to help yourself achieve your target, or are you planning on just turning up in blind faith.

I'm going to run a session on this in a couple of weeks - email me below if interested.
