Every sport goes through an evolution

Unfortunately can't embed the content but Red Bull magazine providing some great articles as always (had to compete with a magazine with this much financial backing behind it....) but a really interesting article with the Artherton's, the Welsh family who are top dogs in Mountain Biking. Really fascinating showing it's evolution from whisky-drinking world champions to present day methodology.

Watching the new generation of younger climbers coming through, it's no different really (but obviously on a non-professional level).
