Insights into Team Selections

Even with working in the role of Talent Development with Mountaineering Ireland a couple of years ago, it was still too early in the evolution of competitors and competitions for their to be full-on official talent selection events. Still, it's fascinating to see the rise of the UK team this year in their media-savviness, and organisation (especially after getting some insights into their training - this post gives some good hints).
