This is my I love Coaching
Saw this great quote on Twitter this evening. The Irish Climbing Coaching Awards had their first pilot only two weeks ago.
I was the Tutor. And helped design and write so much of the award (there's many other people, too many to mention, who deserve some credit for develop it also). Honestly, it's fantastic to see a proper, official, award up to the point that with only some small extra work, it can go live.
Exciting times for all climbers!
