Iceland: panoramas Part 1

Iceland, otherwise known as Panoramaland or Lavenderland (the country is covered in the purple flowers), lived up to its reputation for stunning beauty. And, especially if you escape the clutches of Reykjavik and the surrounding sights, the remote and wild experience you expect.

As I'm writing up the full notes, here's the first 10 photos from the panorama folder, enjoy!

In a moment of madness, I took (again) only the iPhone as my camera. With the panorama function built-in, it turned out to be a wise move for many reasons......

'City' life in North Iceland

Once a population of 70,000(!) due to fishing, this once huge town now contains only around 3-5,000. How times change. Thankfully before they completely destroyed the fishing population, someone saw sense and managed to stop the craziness.
